The Game Boy is the best selling hand-held game system ever and now it has been inducted into the Toy Hall Of Fame!

"Over the past two decades, Game Boy has become synonymous with hand-held gaming fun" the Hall of Fame said in a release. "Its portability and efficient design, ability to allow simultaneous multiplayer gaming, and scores of intriguing games (like Tetris and Super Mario Land, featuring Nintendo's already-iconic character Mario) make it a true innovator."

I loved my classic Game Boy and I was surprised to hear it wasn't in the Hall of Fame yet. Better late than ever I guess.

That's pretty crazy. Also nutty is that "the ball" just made it in. WTF? the stick made last year I think. Stick is in the Hall of Fame before ball?
