well I am a loyal nintendo fan so yes thats part of the reason(haha got my wii at launch had to wait in meijer all day long) the other part is that I really liked the idea of the motion controller. The potential it has is just amazing and now with wii motion plus coming out soon I am glad I own a wii.

I got mine to play some shooter games but still haven't found a good Wii shooter I like.

Because I wanted to get out of the chair and get moving around. Its not good for the blood flow to sit down all day. So I got a wii to give me something to do in the living room besides watch TV.

i got a wii for its breakthrou technology in videogames, and after a while, it became boring, but this new wii motions plus is gonna give the wii owners what they were lookin for in teh first place, 1:1 motion and a kick ass gaming experience you cant get on 360 or ps3

Mostly because I'm completely loyal to nintendo. But some cause of family matters that would be hard to explain. But also upon later dates I've brodened my horizans and got a Xbox 360, and it is awsome!

I really wanted to do some sports while gaming... and the Wii was the only console at the time to offer this kind of exercise..
