I miss it too. I still remember at one point there was a serious chance it was possible it could have overtaken mkw.com at some point, lots of people from there registered here.

Yeah, same here. I still remember the day you had fzeroforums go link to here saying it was merging with ND, and that's how I ended up joining here xD, best thing I did that day. I've been around pretty much almost since forever. It's been like a growing experience for me on the internet. I wish this place was a lot more lively, especially since it has a lot more features/cool skins than other forums :O

P.S: For those of you who are still wondering, Impulse is still working on the new skin. I'm sure if there was more activity, he'd speed things up and release the skin earlier. :happy:

Yeah, I did read that announcement, I'm glad to know that this place will still be around for a while. And cool, I was wondering where Impulse has been, it's cool that the new skin is finally coming out.

But yeah, I do hope we some day it'll get back to the levels of activity as it was back then. Oh wait, I know it will. xD

Well it's good to know the site isn't going anywhere. I'm sure Impulse is busy too, because he did say he has a business irl as well.

I'm not going anywhere, but I can't promise I'll be really active because I have stuff going on too.

We are not dead. If we were dead, this forum would be long gone and tucked away. We are just very quiet at this moment.

Again, please spread the word around guys. I don't know how much I can stress that, as that's our only means of getting this forum back on its feet. It really shows us, the staff, how much this forum really means to you when you give back to it by inviting your friends.

Well I try to visit as often as I can, but alas I cannot due to school. I've been busy lately (4 tests, 1 midterm, and 2 assignments due in the last 8 days). It doesn't help that my Windows 7 got corrupted recently. Plus, I seem to keep forgetting about this place or when I do I just don't get around to visiting.

I'll try to advertise this place whenever I get time, I am on reading week so I'll be around more often within the next week or so.

I can't really say that this forum is as active as it was when I first became a member of it a few years ago, but then again, given our previous history you'd expect some members to be lost in the process. It's an unfortunate thing but it's people like you folks that can help boost the activity.

That being said, people could be busy with real life things such as school, work and significant others. I myself happen to be quite busy with work, and to further that, I generally (for whatever reason) sometimes forget and then not come here for a few days. Some people may call that negligence, but can you really blame me?

All that we can really ask for is members to post every day. I see this, but in declining numbers. If you folks posted around the site, and referred a few more members on top of that, you can effectively promote our site to the point where it gains more people, and consequently, more activity.

This isn't the only forum like this, I go on a few other non-mainstream (lol) gaming sites and they've all been really quiet lately as well. Like I said before though, at least we know this site isn't closing.
